Darlene brings Bridgespan clients deep experience across public accounting and private industry, having served as an auditor, tax professional, controller, and CFO throughout her career.
Her work at Bridgespan includes the review of individual, business, trust, and nonprofit tax returns; payroll and sales tax filings; and financial statements. She also represents clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities in connection with tax resolution matters.
Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law. She is licensed in Florida as both a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney.
She is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs, the Tax Section of The Florida Bar, and the National Association of Tax Professionals. Darlene is also a Florida Notary Public and holds an inactive Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
Outside of work, Darlene is an active member of Grace Bible Church in St. Petersburg.
