Ivan Balart joined Bridgespan in 2025 and supports the team with daily operations and client service needs. He assists with front desk responsibilities, administrative coordination, spreadsheet and data organization projects, and tax preparation support, helping ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.
With an interest in business and financial strategy, Ivan approaches his work with curiosity and a commitment to clear communication. He believes that even behind the scenes, every detail contributes to delivering a professional and seamless client experience.
Currently completing his Associate’s degree, Ivan plans to continue expanding his knowledge in business and finance while building long term experience in the industry.
Outside of Bridgespan, Ivan co hosts a podcast focused on pop culture news, commentary, and discussion. He enjoys creative projects, media, and developing skills that allow him to connect with people and communicate effectively.
