Jacalyn holds both an AAS and an AS degree in Accounting and has earned Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks certifications, including ProAdvisor QuickBooks Certification. With a strong background in financial planning and more than 10 years of experience in real estate and investment property, she brings both technical knowledge and practical insight to her work.
She particularly enjoys reconciling complex account discrepancies in QuickBooks, reducing error rates, and resolving client concerns with efficiency and care. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure clients feel supported and confident in their financial records.
Outside of work, Jacalyn enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Much of her free time is spent traveling throughout Florida and across the United States, where she and her husband compete together in disc golf tournaments.
