Marty Bosy Newlon has been part of the Bridgespan team since 2010, bringing decades of client service experience to her role as Administrative Assistant and Tax Preparer. Prior to joining Bridgespan, Marty owned and operated a mortgage business for more than 10 years, giving her firsthand insight into both business operations and client care.
Throughout her career, Marty has believed that clients should be treated the way she would want to be treated, with clarity, respect, and responsiveness. She takes pride in putting clients at ease, clearly explaining processes, and answering not only the questions they ask, but also the ones they may not yet know to ask. Her goal is always to ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident.
Raised in Central and South America, Marty is fluent in Spanish. She is the proud mother of one daughter and shares her home with a very large Maine Coon cat named Ferdie. In her spare time, Marty enjoys creating art and is currently working with fabric and yarn. She also loves to travel. A former travel agent, she has explored many places around the world and looks forward to discovering many more.
